Timothy J. Erickson is a founding partner of Skyline Real Estate Services. He has eleven years experience as a commercial real estate agent at two previous firms.
His career began at Marcus & Millichap in 2012 and then Sun Commercial Real Estate in 2016. Tim was able to achieve multiple awards for his excellent performance while at both of his previous firms.
Mr. Erickson prides himself in his attention to detail and relentless drive to achieve results for his clients. Tim has excelled in helping clients maximize their investment returns through increasing rents and achieving market-setting sales prices.
